This policy describes this RxP Team at Real Broker website and the contact and guide-request forms embedded here. It explains the information we receive, why we use it, and the choices available to you. Brokerage services are provided through the applicable licensed Real brokerage identified in our state disclosures. Separate services, including HeyLeo and the existing Lofty website, have their own notices.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your first and last name, email address, telephone number, communication preferences, and details you choose to share in later correspondence. The embedded contact and guide-request forms are provided through our GoHighLevel/LeadConnector service and send submissions to our customer relationship management system.
Hosting and embedded-service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, referring page, request times, and interactions needed to operate and secure their services. Please do not send Social Security numbers, account passwords, bank information, or identity documents through the contact form or ordinary email.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries, arrange conversations, and provide requested real estate assistance.
- Manage customer records and communication preferences, including opt-in and opt-out records.
- Send updates or marketing when permitted and consistent with your choices.
- Operate and protect the website, troubleshoot problems, maintain records, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
Sharing and service providers
We may share information with RxP team members and the applicable Real brokerage as needed to handle your inquiry, and with service providers supporting our hosting, forms, customer records, and communications. These providers process information to provide their services. If you ask for an introduction to a lender or another professional, we share the information needed for that request; submitting this contact form alone does not request a mortgage referral.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect rights, safety, and security. A business transfer may involve customer records, subject to applicable law and the protections described here.
Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers assisting with message delivery and customer support may process mobile information solely to perform those services. SMS opt-in information and consent are not shared for independent third-party use.
Your communication choices
Providing a telephone number is not, by itself, consent to marketing text messages. Where offered, marketing and non-marketing SMS choices are separate and optional. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing property or services. Message frequency varies and message and data charges may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages or HELP for assistance; you can also contact us directly.
Use the unsubscribe link in marketing email or email us to change your preferences. We may still send necessary responses or transaction-related communications through a permitted channel. See our text messaging terms.
Cookies and external services
This site uses Google Fonts and some externally hosted lifestyle photographs. Loading those resources sends standard request information to their providers. The contact form and its supporting script load from link.rxpcompanies.com and may use cookies or similar browser storage for form operation, security, and service measurement. Where the provider displays consent controls, you can use those controls. You can also manage cookies through your browser; blocking them may affect the form.
This website is configured to use Google Analytics 4 on rxpteam.com and www.rxpteam.com only after you allow optional analytics. It helps us understand page visits and interactions, such as guide downloads and home-search link clicks. The private review site and local previews do not send RxP Analytics events. Hosting and embedded providers may still receive technical information. Opening HeyLeo takes you to a separate service; its search, account, AI, cookie, and privacy practices apply there. This website does not automatically import your HeyLeo search history into GoHighLevel.

Your Analytics preferences
Google Analytics is optional. Before you allow it, this site blocks the RxP Google tag from loading. You can reject analytics or change your choice using in the footer. We remember your choice in your browser for up to 180 days; Analytics cookies are configured with a 180-day expiration. If you withdraw permission, this site disables its Analytics reporting and clears its standard Analytics cookies where accessible. Your choice does not delete reports already received by Google.
Our custom events do not include your form entries, email address, phone number, or property address. We omit URL query strings and fragments from the page locations we send. Google may process browser, device, session, and interaction information under its own privacy terms. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in this site’s tag configuration. We honor the browser’s Global Privacy Control signal by leaving Analytics off. This choice controls RxP’s Analytics, not the separate embedded form or HeyLeo service.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed for the purpose collected, our customer relationship, consent records, and applicable legal, transaction-record, and dispute-resolution requirements. Retention periods depend on the record and circumstances. No website, email system, or storage method can guarantee complete security.
Privacy requests
Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to change your communication preferences. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights, including obtaining a copy of information, opting out of certain processing, or appealing a denied request. We will assess and respond under applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Some records must be retained. Do not send identity documents unless we arrange a suitable verification method.
For information held by HeyLeo, contact that service under its privacy notice. Deleting an external account does not automatically delete records previously shared with our team.
Children and policy updates
Our real estate inquiry services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can address it. We may update this policy as our services change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
